My son Nitai flew to Western Australia for a week. I cooked a mega breakfast before his flight.

Wedges of pan-fried homemade panir cheese, garden-fresh zucchinis, snowpeas, bok choi and tatsoi leaves from my patio, seasoned in the pan with asafetida, mustard seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and tamari with fried tomatoes on hot buttered sourdough toast.
