Einstein was right. Today’s sophisticated social issues really can’t be solved with the same kind of thinking that created them. Why, then, do we persist in trying to fix things with “newer,” “better” and more sophisticated ways of thinking which only backfire and create new problems?

At the risk of sounding like a bumper sticker, we propose, “If All Else Fails, Read The Instructions.” If solutions are what we’re after, what do we have to lose by considering some timeless, practical, simple and direct ways of thinking that actually work?
